Yes you can bring your Dog to Spain from the UK. We recommend that you take advice as the rules have changed recently in light of Brexit. You would be required to obtain a "pet passport" for your dog or pet, so that you will be able to travel with them throughout Europe and also back to the UK. There is typically no need to quarantine, as long as the inoculations are up to date and the passport is signed and stamped appropriately by a qualified VET.
